Interested in how business can use its leadership and influence to bring about social change and the role of NGO campaigns in driving corporate transformation.

Experience: Much of my career has been spent advancing social change in leading multinationals. I have worked with companies on the development of sustainability strategies, helping them incorporate the issues and perspectives of NGOs and civil society organisations through stakeholder engagement and supported the development of corporate reports and sustainability communications. My consultancy portfolio included Nike, Nestlé, McDonalds, Unilever, Starbucks, Aldi, Coca-Cola GB and Coca-Cola Enterprises.
In research and communications roles I was responsible for ensuring strong, coherent and consistent narratives and wrote copy for the website and newsletters, edited research and the blog and developed messaging for reports.
In my early career I coordinated energy and water research projects submitted under the European Commission Fifth Framework. Prior to this I did a policy internship on Capitol Hill, Washington DC at the Environmental and Energy Study Institute.
Publications: I have written on sustainability and campaigns for Guardian Sustainable Business, GreenBiz, Ethical Corporation, Corporate Citizenship Briefing, European Retail Digest and Sustainable Brands. A co-author of a number of research reports most recently Orchestrating Change: Catalyzing the Next Generation of Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration for Sustainability.
Education: Currently completing postgraduate study in Media, Campaigning and Social Change at the University of Westminster. I have an MSc in Environmental Assessment and Management from Oxford Brookes University and a BSc in Geography from the University of Manchester. Fellow of the RSA.
